Bertch Capital To Build Two Warehouses In Sumner

Bertch Capital Partners plans to construct two Class-A warehouses on 17 acres it recently purchased in Sumner. The warehouses, which will total 200K SF, will be complete in 2019. Bertch paid $5.8M for the land.

“The warehouses will offer great proximity to Highway 167 and the Port of Tacoma with best-in-class views of Mt. Rainier,” Colliers International Bill Condon said in a statement.

The warehouses will include a campus-like setting and flexible sizes.

Condon and Colliers' Matt McGregor acted as advisers to Bertch Capital during the acquisition and negotiations process. They will continue as the leasing agents once the warehouses are complete.

Bertch has a similar project underway in Seaway West in Everett.
