Work Starts on Group Health Campus at Old Race Track Site

Ryan Cos US has started construction on a large Group Health Cooperative facility where around 1,000 people will work. The two-building development is going up in Renton on 12 acres where the former Longacres horse racing track once operated. The developer bought the property from Boeing for more than $13M, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal. Ryan Cos is also the GC, and working with CBRE on design and construction; CollinsWoerman of Seattle is the project architect. [PSBJ]
