First Look at Bixby's New Project

Now that Bixby's THE Campus in San Jose is totally full, it's switching gears and focusing on its giant project landing in Santa Clara. We have an exclusive rendering and details.

Here's a first look at the project, currently underway with a scheduled completion date in Q4 2015. The seven-building, 405k SF Lake Park Business Center is undergoing a comprehensive $20M redesign that includes a massive outdoor courtyard area known as the Bixby Retreat. Spanning the area of a football field, the amenities area provides workers with outdoor space for meetings, dining and recreation. The project is also less than a mile down the street from Levi's Stadium.

Meanwhile, nine months after Bixby's THE Campus in San Jose starting looking for tenants, the 227k SF project is now full. Semiconductor company ASML US just inked a 93k SF leaseBixby put $26M into THE Campus' renovation after taking it out of foreclosure in 2012. The result: a boutique hotel feel, with couch seating areas, fire pits and an outdoor gourmet kitchen. Tenants can burn energy in the bocce ball court or use the yoga area. Bixby has developed more than $425M in projects over the last three years and ASML will share the complex (and yoga mats) with Verizon, which took 136k SF there last year. CBRE handles leasing.
