Airbnb’s Newest San Francisco Office Readies For Occupancy

Airbnb's Office At 999 Brannan St. In San Francisco

Airbnb is one step closer to creating an urban campus. Its newest office at 999 Brannan St. in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood is ready for occupancy, and employees are expected to start moving in this week, the San Francisco Business Times reports. Airbnb also has an office at 888 Brannan St., its headquarters, and 99 Rhode Island.

The new 150K SF office, which is owned by Dolby Laboratories, can hold up to 800 employees. Airbnb leased the four-story building, designed by Tanner Hecht Architects, last year. Dolby vacated the office in 2015 when it moved to 1275 Market St., a 385K SF office. About 1,500 Airbnb employees work in San Francisco.
