Leading yoga and wellness center Mind Your Body Oasis celebrated its two-year anniversary in Crystal City at Zen and Zin on Saturday. Here, Mind Your Body Oasis founder Amanda Shipe with master teacher Soozie Kinstler.
For the Zen, guests took a restorative yoga class, sampled spa treatments, mini massages, treatment rooms with amethyst crystals and an infra-red sauna. For the Zin, guests sipped wine from the Crystal City Wine Shop, and nibbled healthy treats from Perfect Pita.
