We went to the Mayflower Hotel for the National Women's History Museum's Women Making History Gala. We snapped the honorees: former professional ballerina and Swan Dreams Project founder Aesha Ash, world-renowned cellist Christine Walevska, and former Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman.

The event illuminated the indispensable contributions that women make in many industries. Here, NWHM President Joan Bradley Wages joins Ben Chevat, who wrote the legislation for the museum, and Board Member Joan Walker.
