We went to Wolftrap Saturday night for Wine at Wolftrap, a fun night of food and wine atThe Barns. We enjoyed a five course wine-paired meal, including a few Wine Spectator Top 100, liketurbot with bordelaise reduction on pureed eggplant with Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. We snapped Woody Hayes, Park Strategies Kraig Siracuse, Seneca Ones Mike Fazzari, with his wife Beepa.
Live music was also paired to each course, as the Olivera Quintet played selections from Wolftraps 2013 summer season. Here, Population Assn of Americas Mary Jo Robinson, GRD Associates SVP Emily Holubowich, and Stepping Stone prez Kim Stewart.
