Yesterday we also went to the 25th annual Woodrow Wilson House Garden Party in Kalorama. The mansion is one of the oldest locations recognized by the National Historic Preservation Trust. We snapped Holleman Companies Betsy Holleman and Tim Thomas, one of the winners of the Garden Party hat contest.

Jr. co-chair and Winfrey and Co.s Brittany Prime, Georgetown Universitys Kathryn Goeke and Marisa Cattoi, Earth Conservation Corps Adam Klopp, AvalonBay REITs Jack Eshelman, and NBC News Will Rabbe. Many summer cocktails were available; we admit we especially enjoyed the Watermelon Vodka cooler.

Guests were treated to an array of appetizers such as crab cakes, and mini caprese salad skewers. Three of the best hats were on Dessange Spas Patricia Packard, Best Marketings Liz Sara, and Public Relations Advertisings Sally Francis.
