We went to the 31st Annual William Oliver Baker Award Dinner at the Marriott Marquis Friday hosted by the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). We snapped Noblis ESI's Tony Gibson and his wife, Melissa, with Noblis’ Roger Mason and his wife, Colleen.
INSA president Ambassador Joseph DeTrani presented the William Oliver Baker Award for outstanding service to the US intelligence and national security communities to C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD) and Mike Rogers (R-MI) for their bipartisan work as chairman and ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
From 2011 to 2014, Rogers and Ruppersberger worked together to pass five intelligence authorization bills, after a six-year period without one. Here, Margot Lawless with KEYW's Renard Paulin and Clarese Astrin.
