Our Bisnow Dining reporter Laura Hayes has been visiting all the restaurants serving treats at next Thursday’s Bisnow Super Schmooze, and she snapped this of Chef de Cuisine Chris Edwards of the fine dining steak restaurant Harrimans Virginia Piedmont Grill, at Salamander Resort & Spa. Before Todd Gray hired him, he trained at Barcelona’s famed El Bulli.
