Wednesday night we went to a Whiskey Launch Party at the Dubliner! Dubliner Whiskey launched its 10-year-old single malt, making its debut in Washington, DC, at a restaurant that shares its name. We snapped Ambassador of Ireland Anne Anderson, surrounded by Quintessential Brands' Greg Ilewski and Andrew Stewart, Dubliner Whiskey's master distiller Daryll McNally and The Dubliner's Gavin Coleman.

Guests got to taste the Dubliner's bourbon cask-aged whiskey, honeycomb whiskey and its newest whiskey, which spent a decade maturing in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Here, Open Society Foundation's Alex Johnson, Kyle Chase, Bob Vitas and DoD's Deak Roh.

Guests also enjoyed bites of Reuben sandwiches, mini shepherd's pies, fruits and cheeses. Here, Ilewski, Whisky Advocate's Laurie Barata, Joan McGinley and Melanie Schwenk.
