Westlight Condos Opening Party!

Last night, we went to the Westlight, the new luxury condominium property in D.C.’s West End that people lined up to put in pre-sale offers for, for its opening party. The building features 71 luxury residences with top-notch features and amenities above a new library. We snapped interior designer Josh Hildreth, real estate agent Mei-Mei Venners, TTR Sotheby's International Realty’s Shawn Breck and interior designer Vivian Braunohler.

Guests entered through the luxurious lobby that features a 50-foot living green wall and a gorgeous lighting sculpture by award-wining artist Ingo Maurer whose current works are featured at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Here, EastBanc President, and Westlight developer, Anthony Lanier is flanked by his daughter Camille and daughter-in-law Jelena and his wife, Isabel.

The rooftop soirée showcased the Westlight building’s 25-meter heated rooftop pool, expansive sun deck and grill terrace, private clubroom and fitness center. Here, members of the Compass team: Devin Lee, Danielle Baird, Julia Sloan and Holly Worthington.

EastBanc unveiled two newly designed model residences by Braunohler, Hildreth and Design Within Reach. The designer units feature two contrasting designs: soft contemporary and midcentury modern, which are available fully furnished for purchase. Here, Kelly Collis, co-host of D.C.'s The Tommy Show on 94.7, with Monica Lorduy and Marisol Lamadrid.
