We went to the World Cup edition of We Will Survive Cancer Happy Hour at McCormick & Schmick's. It featured special guest Sharon Marroquin, the breast cancer survivor and choreographer of The Materiality of Impermanence, a modern dance that tells the powerful story of her battle with cancer. She also hosted a dance therapy workshop for cancer patients at GW. We snapped her bookended by We Will Survive Cancer vice chair Greg Davis and her husband Miguel Marroquin.
