WARL 101 Gala!

We went to The Washington Animal Rescue League 101 Gala at the Renaissance Washington Hotel. We snapped former WUSA Channel 9 news anchor and WARL Board member J.C. Hayward and WARL CEO Bob Ramin with Pancho.

Former PA Rep. and Afghan-American Chamber of Commerce's Don Ritter and his wife, Victoria, are with Tibby. Guests enjoyed drinks, dinner, dancing, music by Andrew Thielen Big Band, talks with WARL vets and fabulous auction items.

Adorable adoptable animals were on hand so guests could meet their new best friend. The name 101 gala is from WARL's 101st anniversary and Disney's 101 Dalmatians. Here, contractor Angela Commike and Census Bureau's Jon Commike with Nani.

WARL is DC's oldest animal shelter; it promotes the physical, emotional and social healing of animals recovering from traumas. Here, AU assistant swim coach Joe Pascale and Paws2Care founder Dominique Dupras, with Beamer and Taylor.
