Sunday we went to The Ritz-Carlton DC for The Whacky Whimsical Tea benefiting the Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC). Parents brought their children to enjoy a circus-inspired high tea with everything from clowns and cotton candy to a performance by The Washington Ballet students.
