Wacky Tea!

Sunday we went to The Ritz-Carlton DC for The Whacky Whimsical Tea benefiting the Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC). Parents brought their children to enjoy a circus-inspired high tea with everything from clowns and cotton candy to a performance by The Washington Ballet students. We snapped THEARC's Janet Stone with NBC4's Eun Yang.

The silent auction had great experiences and surprises. Here, THEARC co-chairs Jill White, Elizabeth Engel, Leah Frelinghysen, Sonja De Carlo, and executive director Edmund Fleet with his daughter Noelle.

Children participated in fun activities such as face painting and basketball. Here, SparkleMonkey's Catherine Zimmermann, her daughter, with butterfly face paint Claudia, Lesley McNamara and her daughter Emersyn.

Unity Health Care's Danielle Dooley, Judy Esfandiary, and her daughter the SEC's Renee Esfandiary.
