Sunday, we headed downtown for a special brunch event kicking off the 18th year of Equinox Restaurant, We snapped Equinox owners Chef Todd Gray and his wife, Ellen Kassoff Gray, with their son, Landon's Harrison Gray, as they hosted their famous vegan brunch buffet.

Attendees enjoyed access to their acclaimed vegan brunch buffet, which accompanied plates specially prepared with seasonal ingredients from area farms. In addition to their unique vegan brunch, Gray is known for being one of the frontrunners of the sustainable and seasonal food movement with locally sourced ingredients from across the Mid-Atlantic. Here, food blogger Aida Murad and her brother, Farouq Murad, join nutritionist and health consultant Carlene Thomas.
