ULI Lifetime Achievement Award!

Last night, we headed to the National Building Museum for ULI Washington's Lifetime Achievement Awards Dinner.

We snapped EagleBank's Kathy Harbold with honoree Ronald D. Paul, the chairman, president and CEO of EagleBank, who was joined by his colleagues Bob Pincus, John Richardson and Andy Bridge.

Ron was recognized with the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award in front of a crowd of over 800 business and civic leaders and real estate professionals. Here, Hickok Cole's Mike Hickok and Yolanda Cole, who is also the chair of ULI, join the J Street Cos.' Mike Balaban.

The award was created to recognize a leader from the Washington real estate community whose life exemplifies the mission of ULI and who, in addition to a lifetime of commitment to real estate, has given back to the community through demonstrated civic, charitable and philanthropic endeavors. For example, as a two-time kidney transplant recipient, Paul and his wife founded the Ron and Joy Paul Kidney Center at George Washington University in 2016 to promote health education in the community related to kidney disease. Here, JBG Smith's Neil Duncan and Lily Goldstein with Federal Capital Partners' Matt Valentini.

Attendees enjoyed an extensive open bar reception with delicious passed hors d'oeuvres. Here, Wells Fargo's Janet Crilley with Arban & Carosi's Nick Carosi and Ridgewell's Susan Lacz.

Following the reception, attendees enjoyed a lavish, three-course dinner while enjoying the awards program. Here, Buckley Sandler LLP's Jessica Shannon, Ian Acker and Ross Handler.

EagleBank's Beth Ferrenz, Roshan Alavi, Mercedes Alvarez and Becky Smith enjoying the evening's celebrations.
