Friday morning, we headed to one of DC's hottest condo listings at 3303 Water St. in Georgetown for an exclusive reception promoting a new book for Chinese real estate investors. We snapped TTR Sotheby's International Realty's CEO and managing partner, as well as co-author, Mark Lowham with TTR Sotheby's listing agent Maggie Rhodes, and the book's lead author, Ben Briggs, executive vice president of international business for Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty.

The reception announced the release of Chinese Institutions’ Definitive Guide to USA Real Estate, a new book aimed to guide Chinese buyers through real estate investing in Washington, DC. Here, Citigroup's Chris Martin and Lamberto C. Erb join Mitsui Fudosan America's Sam Fagelson and TTR Sotheby's agent Daniel Heider.

The book includes chapters highlighting markets and submarkets in many of America's top gateway cities, written by local real estate CEOs and top brokers nationwide. Here, TTR Sotheby's executive team: managing partner Michael Rankin, managing partner and CEO Mark Lowham and founder and managing partner Jonathan Taylor.
