Last night we also went to the Reagan Building for Transwestern’s annual Trend Lines presentation and to celebrate two friends who were honored as Trendsetters of the Year, Lerner Enterprises principal Mark Lerner and Vornado/Charles E Smith president Mitchell Schear.

Developer Sonny Small and EagleBank founder/CEO Ron Paul. Hundreds came to hear Greg Leisch’s last of 18 consecutive presentations on the state of the economy for real estate and to join in a giant schmooze.

Penzance’s Robin McBride Zeigler and First Potomac Realty’s Earnie Jarvis.
