Friday, We went to the Mrs. DC America Toast with the Queen reception at the the St. Regis, which celebrated the reigning Mrs. DC America, Kinosha Soden, as she heads off to compete at the national Mrs. America Pageant.
We snapped 2017 Mrs. Logan Circle America Brit Jones, 2016 Mrs. Pennsylvania America April Walker-Taylor and Kinosha, who is touting the platform GEMS: Girls Excelling in Math & Science.
Guests enjoyed champagne to toast Mrs. Soden and received a raffle ticket for a chance to win a new Kate Spade bag. Sabering a bottle of champagne for the toast to the queen is St. Regis food and beverage director Dewayne Wright.
