Yesterday we went to four phenomenal events. Well start with the Refugees International 34th Anniversary Dinner at Mellon Auditorium.
We snapped actor Matt Dillon, whos been a long-time RI Board member and emceed the evening. Hes with RI prez Michael Gabaudan and PFC Energy chairman Robin West and his daughter Kate West.
Ethan Allen CEO Furor Kathwari,Jacques Sebisaho--who was honored with the Richard Holbrooke Leadership Award, RI Board chair Eileen Shields-West-- who got the most applause of anyone for her tireless work, and Jacques wife Mimy Mudekereza.
Guests were welcomed with the music of two Balinese gamelan; inside at the VIP reception, we sipped apa kabarcocktails, named after the Indonesian greeting. Here, Production 1000 prez Richard Marks, Didi Cutler, and Rachels Network co-founder Dane Nichols.
