The Theory of Everything!

Last night we were at the American History Museum for the DC premiere of The Theory of Everything.

The film depicts the extraordinary life of one of the world’s greatest minds,  astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who’s played by Eddie Redmayne. We snapped him (right) with the film’s screenwriter Anthony McCarten.

The film is based on Travelling to Infinity: My Life with Stephen, a memoir by his ex-wife Jane Wilde, focusing on the love story between the two Cambridge students as they embarked on incredible scientific work: studying time. Here, National Science Foundation director France Córdova. The film opens in select theaters nationwide today.
