We went to Look restaurant on K St for a book party for The OM Factor: A Woman’s Spirital Guide to Leadership by Alka Dhillon. The author is also Technalink's CEO, providing information technology and management consulting in the DC region. We snapped her, right, with one of the party’s sponsors, Mary Ammons.

More of the party’s friends and sponsors: marketing mavens Victoria Michael, Pamela Sorensen, Sarah Kimsey and Jane Sandman. Alka said that even though it was written for women, men can also use the book's tools to achieve professional success and personal fulfillment.
