The gala was a fundraiser for Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School and the Corporate Work Study Program, which offers a comprehensive college prep education to students who come from predominately low-income, minority families. Rowe Price's Abby Groom flank gala co-chair Chris Hodgson, who works at the Office of the Majority Whip.

Guests enjoyed an open bar, dancing, raffle prizes and treats as well as the after-party at Hawthorne DC. Mike Conway, RNC's Ramsey Ratcliffe, who is a gala co-chair, and Cornerstone's Suzanne Batista.
