ThanksUSA honored Gen. James L. Jones, here with Catherine Stevens, at its annual Memorial Scholarship Luncheon at Charlie Palmer Steak, in memory of Sens. Ted Stevens and Dan Inouye. The former Commander, US European Command, and National Security Advisor to the President was honored for his leadership in Iraq, Afghanistan and around the world. ThanksUSA is a nonprofit that provides need-based scholarships to military spouses and children, awarding nearly 3,700 scholarships for $11M.
