SxSW Kickoff!

Last night we also joined a sold-out crowd of 500 at Adams Morgan’s Hierarchy for the official SxSW kickoff party hosted by the Washington DC Economic Partnership. We snapped the WeDC campaign team, heading to Austin in March to promote DC: CEO Keith Sellars, Tiffany Thacker, Damelia Shaw and Julie Weber.

There was a stellar DC-based DJ lineup, dumpling and egg roll bites by Toki Underground, and art installations. Here, Elevation DC’s Anne Tillema, Humanities in Public’s Michael Chambers and Go-Go Live author Natalie Hopkinson.

The WeDC campaign celebrates the city’s vibrant community of innovators, artists and idea generators, to promote the DC tech and business economies. Here, Valerie Echeveste, Benjamin Bunker and Taylor Samuelsen.
