Sushi School!

Last night we also went to the first Sunday Sushi School and Reception at Masa 14 Rooftop. We’re not sure why it was on Tuesday, but we hear it will be on Sundays from now on. Super chef Kaz Okochi taught guests how to roll their own sushi, after which we got to enjoy our handiwork.

Our spicy tuna avocado hand roll was not quite as beautiful as when Kaz makes it, but tasty nonetheless. You can see if yours is any better the first Sunday of each month.
