We went to Fletchers Boat House Saturday morning for the 3rdannual Stroud 5K, helping children with disabilities. We snapped Potomac Maritime prez Keith Powell, TCH Group managing partner Mike Tongour, and Stroud Foundation prez Brooke Stroud Carnot, daughter of the beloved pediatrician for whom the foundation is named, with Jackson, Jack, and Sebastian.
