Startupland Premiere!

Last night, in addition to fun food and fashion events, we went to two events promoting entrepreneurs. Something must be in the air: our entrepreneur event is tomorrow. We start with the global premiere of Startupland at the E Street Landmark Theatre.

We snapped some of the folks behind the documentary web series: exec producer Tien Wong, Startupland co-creator Jonathon Perrelli, and two startup founders featured in the series, Elise Whang and Aneet Makin.

ABC7’s Washington Business Report’s Rebecca Cooper with Veluxe founder Monica Spaller before watching the first episode of Startupland. The series has already been bought in 22 countries.

Economic development couple David and Jennifer Ives. He’s with the Economic Development Administration, and she was with Arlington County Economic Development Authority and now TandemNSI.
