S&R Awards Gala!

We went to the S&R Washington Awards Gala at Georgetown’s Halcyon House Saturday. We snapped former AOL SVP Richard Hanlon with The Washington Ballet’s Elizabeth Sizer and Septime Webre.

The S&R Foundation and The Washington Ballet presented a preview of their new creative partnership with the Pas de Deux from Swan Lake, accompanied by the Evermay Chamber Orchestra. Here, C.R. Bard CEO Tim Ring with wife S&R honorary board member Kathryn Gleason, consultant Kathleen Dur, and William Erickson.

All proceeds benefit the S&R Foundation and support talented individuals with great potential and high aspirations in the arts, sciences, and social entrepreneurship. Here, Japanese Ambassador Kenichiro Sasae with S&R Foundation co-founders Dr. Sachiko Kuno and Dr. Ryuji Ueno.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and an innovative dinner by CityZen chef Eric Ziebold. Here, JP Morgan’s Courtney Straus, JL Asset Management’s David Straus, and WFP’s Lyn McFadden.
