We went to a Vietnamese cooking class with Spike Mendelsohn at LivingSocial. We snapped the star chef behind Le Bernaise and We the Pizza showing guests how to make a three-course menu, including Vietnamese spring rolls with shrimp and Shiitake mushrooms.
