Today we went to the Sylvan Theatre on the National Mall near the Washington Monument for the first Special Olympics Unified Relay Across America.
The run marks the beginning of one of three legs crossing the nation, bringing the Special Olympics Flame of Hope to every one of the 48 continental states. We snapped Andra Day, a singer-songwriter who's signed to Warner.
