Del Campo Chef Victor Albisu hosted the South American James Beard Celebrity Tour Dinner as award-winning chefs from Buenos Aires to Boston collaborated on a five-course South American menu to benefit The James Beard Foundation. He's with Hospitality Construction's Robert Mescolotto, The Source by Wolfgang Puck Chef Scott Drewno and Allender CPA's Yohan Allender.

Passed hors d’oeuvres were also prepared by celebrated DC chefs Erik Bruner-Yang of Toki Underground, Haidar Karoum of Doi Moi and Jonah Kim of the forthcoming Yona. Here, Astor Bistro's Antonio Soriano, Sevich's Anthony Lamas and Tico's George Rodrigues.
