We headed to Mess Hall in North East for Pickled, Braised and Brewed: The Art of Slow Food. We checked out a new brew, The Slow Ride Sessions, a perfect beer for gorgeous weather, by New Belgium Brewery. We snapped its reps Ryan Mauter, Ryan Kurtz, Carlee Delp and Andi Bonk with (left) Premium Distributors' Sarah Chek and Kelsi DuChene. We learned a craft brewery must be an independent venture and New Belgium is 100% employee owned.
