Yesterday, we went to the first Shucktoberfest at Union Market's Maurice Electrical Courtyard. We snapped Corporate Press' Kali Bowers, Madison Marquette's Alex Smith, Whitewall Magazine's Eliza Jordan, US Senate's Allie Kapsner, and Bloomberg's Dan Solley and Chetin Durak enjoying the perfect weather for bottomless beer, all-you-can-eat oysters and Sunday football.
Blue Point Brewing Co provided the spiked beer cocktails, a toasted lager Bloody Mary to go with freshly shucked Rappahannock oysters and the stuffn' muffn' oyster cakes. Here, Marriott's Amanda Kempe, Beau Thai's Ralph Brabham and Aschara Vigsattaboot, and Airrosti's Bill Kempe.
