There was a party to celebrate the opening of DC's newest boutique, Vince at CityCenter, with cocktails and passed hor d'oeuvres, with a portion of proceeds from sales benefiting Higher Achievement, a rigorous after-school and summer program that closes the opportunity gap for middle school youth from under-resourced communities.
