Rock 'N' Roll DC!

On Saturday we joined over 24,000 runners for the 5th Rock 'N' Roll DC Marathon and Half Marathon. We snapped one of the first "corrals" of runners at Mile 2 over Memorial Bridge.

Congrats to Bisnow Scene reporter Travis Holler, with fellow finishers, Mathematica's Steve Bruns and SageWater's Scott Seel. After crossing the finish line near RFK Stadium, runners were quickly treated to various hydration stations and a rock concert featuring Tower of Power.

The weather was perfect and the course provided ample gawking for runners who wove their way through each city quadrant, such as NoMa, here on K Street NE.
