We went to the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner 25th Anniversary Dinner. The Ritz celebrated its anniversary with a state dinner-themed reception. Guests were greeted by hotel staff on a red carpet before entering a beautifully decorated ballroom in crystals, candles and floral centerpieces. Executive chef Christopher Johnson created an elaborate tasting menu, which included smoked scallop carpaccio, poached lobster tail and seared foie gras, paired with hand-selected wines by sommelier Vincent Feraud.
