Red Carpet Viewing Party!

Last night we watched the Oscars, like the rest of the world; we went to the Red Carpet viewing party to benefit the Washington Film Institute at Malmaison. We snapped IT director Richard Carvalho with law student Alisa Ibragimova.

WFI was founded in 2007 to inspire audiences with educational programs and  film events throughout the year. Here, its founder John Hanshaw with SustainBiz’s Michelle Lapinski.

Guests enjoyed a glass of champagne on arrival and viewed the awards show from projection big screens. Here, Karma Beauty Lounge’s Erwin Gomez, actor Lamont Easter, who's in Madam Secretary, Crystal City BID CEO Angie Fox, and House of Cards' Randy Rose.
