Project Rise was founded on one mission: to immerse D.C. youth in opportunities in the arts by hosting events where youth explore art firsthand. Attendees enjoyed happy hour specials with 100% of proceeds being used to benefit the first annual Arts + Music Festival. Here, co-founder Jones surrounded by his mother, Tara Wilbanks, and his aunt, Terry Carter.
