We snapped Italian Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero surrounded by Marie Royce (wife of Rep. Ed Royce) and Debbie Dingell, wife of Rep. John Dingell who, as of June 8, will be the longest-serving member of Congress in history (57 years!)

The galas theme centered on Italys Year of Italian Culture, with the wildly popular la Festa della Donna. Coincidentally, March 8 is the Feast of Women or Womens Day in Italy. Here, National Geographics Matt McDonald, Airlines for Americas Katie Connell and Vaughn Jennings, and Washington Posts Natalie Jennings.

The Museum was decorated by acclaimed WE TV personality and Foundation board member David Tutera. Here, Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center Director Dr. Louis Weiner with Prevent Cancer Foundation Founder Carolyn Aldig.

Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing to music by Fresh Air, and a silent auction for cancer research fellowships and community outreach. Here, Dr. James Mulshine, with Rep. Cheri Bustos (IL) and her husband Gerry Bustos.
