Last Thursday night, we headed to the penthouse of Room & Board on 14th Street for the Point Foundation's annual Cornerstone Society Reception! We snapped LGBT ally and Point Foundation volunteer Cheryl Ross with board member Celina Gerbic and MedStar's Robert Ross. The annual event helps fundraise for programs that empower LGBTQ students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential.

Guests enjoyed specialty drinks from five different cocktail stations from Cotton & Reed, District Distilling, Republic Restoratives, Virginia Distilling Co. in addition to an open bar. Here, Planned Parenthood's Marcus Stephens joins host committee member and The Carlyle Group's Steven Gann with Choice Hotels' B.J. Crawford and American Bakers Association's Mike Goscinski.

In addition to the drink stations, guests also enjoyed appetizers from Lupo Verde, Compass Rose, Tiger Fork and Barcelona. We loved the watermelon gazpacho from Compass Rose. Here, Wells Fargo's Jesse Pendergraft and Diana Wallwork with Compass Rose and Maydan's Travis Mager.
