Some of our DC readers report that for the second time this month, they are going without a trash or recycle pick up for two weeks, because snow occurred on a Sunday and their "trash/recycle day" is Monday. The streets were cleared by noon Monday. We snapped this yesterday; looks clean to us. But the trash and recycle decided to skip this neighborhood again. Does that sound possible?
