Last night we snapped legendary chef Peter Chang (waving) at the opening of his new Arlington restaurant as the crowd cheers for an incredible authentic Szechuan meal. It's the former Chinese Embassy chef's first DC-area restaurant. Next up: Rockville Town Center. We particularly loved the crispy whole sea bass.
