Last night we headed to the Bier Baron Tavern to listen and laugh at the Perfect Liars Club Storytelling Night.
We snapped Perfect Liars Club founder Layla McCay surrounded by the four storytellers: Ritaja Gupta, Michelle Carnes, A Little Nudge’s Erika Ettin and GWU’s Peter Verastegui.
The audience was told to be shrewd as they interrogated the storytellers and then voted the winner: Michelle Carnes. Here, ASB Real Estate’s Taryn Forsythe, consultant Chris Tory and Dana Richardson.
150 also enjoyed the tavern’s fare, like the bacon lollipops, pierogi and poutine, and chose from 600 types of beer. Here, BAH’s Paul Basola, Felicity Amos and World Bank’s Isabel Hagbrink.
