Last night we also went to the Library of Congress to pay tribute to the leadership of Dr. James Billington and celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Open World Leadership Center he founded. It administers Open World, an effective US exchange program with post-Soviet countries. We snapped Sen. Roger Wicker, Center for Food Safety’s Elizabeth Kucinich, her husband former Rep.
