Sunday, we headed to Mess Hall in Brookland for its annual New Kitchens On The Block, otherwise known as NKOTB 3.0!

We snapped Mess Hall founder Al Goldberg with Been There Eaten That blogger Lori Gardner and NKOTB founder and co-organizer Nevin Martell.

The team from Dorjee Momo: Chef Dorjee Tsering, Amberjade Tsering, Casey Seo and Jacob Weissman. Dorjee Momo specializes in Tibetan dumplings and provided a tasting of delicious lamb and chicken dumplings paired with a bourbon-based "Snap Dragon" cocktail.

Attendees enjoyed food and drink pairings from over 11 of D.C.'s hottest new restaurants. Here, foodies Amy and Evan Russell surround friend Lesley Fulop.
