Last night we also stopped by the Madison Hotel to check out its new restaurant, Rural Society, and chat with celebrity chef Jose Garces, right, who opened it and whom we snapped with his chef de cuisine Louis Goral. His previous endeavors are in Philadelphia, which leads us to ask: What is it with that city? First, Steven Starr takes over 14th Street with Le Diplomate, and now everyone expects the Iron Chef star to take over 15th Street with his Argentine steak house.
