N Street Luncheon!

Yesterday we headed to the Mayflower Hotel for the annual empowerment luncheon for N Street Village.

Senior Advisor to the president Valerie Jarrett was the keynote speaker and discussed the services N Street Village has provided in its 40-year history. We snapped her with assistant attorney general Karol Mason.

Marriott CEO Arne Sorenson, Booz Allen EVP Reggie Van Lee, and Pepco VP Debbi Jarvis are bookended by N Street Village Board chair (and Wiley Rein’s) Peter Shields and executive director Schroeder Stribling. N Street is one of DC’s largest homeless and recovery facilities, serving thousands of women each day.

N Street Village Ambassadors Council co-chairs Sharon Gund and Susan Weiss join board member Jane Fishkin and director of development Stuart Allen. Guests enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken salad for lunch.
