Last night we also went to Matchy Hour at Carmine’s in Penn Quarter to benefit Best Buddies Virginia Prom, which gives young people with developmental disabilities a night of inclusion and fun. We snapped 94.7 Fresh FM’s Tommy McFly, The Howard Theatre’s Gina Dakouni, Nelson Mullins’ Mick Nardelli, and Citi Open’s Jeff Newman and Keely O'Brien. Tommy and Gina announced this year’s prom is at the Howard Theatre.
We munched on meatballs, antipasto and fried calamari served family style. Here, Transperfect’s Janel Schepman, Best Buddies Board member Erin VanGorder, Fairfax Co Public Schools’ Andrea Stange and American Red Cross’ Lauren Syring.
